Call of Duty: Vanguard – Open Alpha and Beta review

Call of Duty: Vanguard had a free alpha a week ago and it featured the new Champion Hill mode. It was essentially a 2v2 battle royale and the concept was great, although a bit unbalanced but that is to be expected in alpha version.

It was really entertaining and the Beta of the game which can be played when pre-ordering the game has also been good. There’s been some bugs here and there but honestly way less than let’s say Black Ops 4 had when it released. That is good news, but how about the actual gameplay. Well that has seen huge improvements from WW2 which kinda serves as a prequel for this. And that is visible, for once activision is listening to their customers. Now that doesn’t mean that there wouldn’t be microtransactions because let’s be fair, they will always include them in some form or another.
